Design Finds has been creating beautiful one-of-a-kind hurricane candles since 1995.  We preserve flowers from weddings, funeral services or any special or memorable occasion and professionally arrange them within the wax walls of our heirloom candles.  Our mission is to turn your memories into works of art that can be enjoyed by you for years to come.

A true candle connoisseur is forever "hunting" for unique candles.  When Design Finds began, the variety of candles available today did not exist.  People were reluctant to light rare decorative candles, not willing to consume their beautiful treasures.  Our hurricane candles can be lit, but will never burn away!

Although hurricane candles have been in existence for years, only recently are people discovering the versatility they possess.  Originally, in 1995, our intent was to bring the concept of hurricane candles to the forefront of the marketplace; thus, we began by marketing our candles to florists and gift shops and at trade shows around the country.  Meanwhile, word of our unique and beautiful candles traveled rapidly and many people in our area began bringing us flowers to dry from their weddings and family funerals.
